I've heard Opium Garden is good, but haven't made it there to check it out (I'm not a local). There's a couple of streets that have multiple clubs, I think Jackson St is one. Don't know why it's so hard to get info on Miami clubs, but it is. Try tripadvisor.com you will probably get better help from the Miami forum there.

Dude, i dont know any, but, ITS MIAMI BEACH!! Whynot ask where you can find a walmart near a trailor park? Might get the same answer.
