'Abbey Road' (engineered by Alan Parsons, later of Alan Parsons Project, who also engineered Pink Floyd's 'Dark Side of the Moon' LP), but the 'White Album' a very close second.

What a tough choice. I got into The Beatles by listening to Sgt. Peppers so that's one of my favorites. But my absolute favorite is Let It Be. My favorite Beatles song is Across the Universe which is on that album. And my third choice is between Rubber Soul and Revolver

"Abbey Road". By far the most brilliant album ever made. How to compare with George's "Here Comes The Sun", John's "Because", or Paul's "Golden Slumbers"? I love other albums but conceptually, nothing can quite beat this one for lyrics or musical composition.
