If you want to keep the negative in the verb, I think you'd have to say "ALL of the members (THEY) didn't show up", for it to make sense, but I think that is very awkward. (You could, in other circumstances say, "ANY of the members (ANYONE) MIGHT show up."

I prefer to apply the negative to the noun: "None of the members showed up."

It's not wrong but it's in the wrong place. To make the grammar (and English) correct, you have to turn your statement into a question and say ' Didn'y any of the members show up?' Alternatively you can say 'None of the members showed up'.

"ANY of the members didn't shown up"

Shown is an incorrect verb form, past participle and I changed it to infinitive below, I think.

None of the members showed up.

None of the members had shown up.

There were not any members present.

You would say, "None of the members showed up."

"Any of the members didn't shown up" is confusing. Sorry, but I can't explain why. It just is.

It depends on what you are trying to say. The sentence you have there is so broken and out of context that there really is no way to tell if you are using the word correctly since the sentence makes no sense.

no that sentence makes no sense, you could say "none of the members showed up"
or
"out of all the members, none showed up"

none would be the best word to use because it shows that not one showed up as where any doesnt work because it leaves too much unsaid
