Moving as in spinning...look at weather patterns..or easier yet, look at how water goes down a drain. Moving as in an orbit, check the Earth's placement against the other planets in the sky. Moving as in the Earth's tilt on its axis, look at the seasons of the year--winter in the U.S. now, but summer in Brazil.
Sun is not stationary. It is moving too. but the Earth and other planets of our solar system are rotating around the sun and this can be proved by planet location in the sky the same as the earth's orbit.

Proof that the earth is moving can be derived from the change in seasons, check where the sun rises each day, it moves throughout the year.
The sun is not stationary actually, but is the anchor at the center of the solar system and the earth is "tethered" to it in such a way that the relative distance between the two is consistent.
The sun is orbiting the galactic center, the galaxy turns as the solar system does is a simplified way of thinking of it.

The first convincing evidence of the orbital motion of the Earth was the "aberration of starlight", discovered by British Astronomer Royal James Bradley in 1728. What Bradley noticed was that all star positions shifted back and forth by just under 21 arc-seconds over the course of a year. This is due to the combined effect of the orbital velocity of the Earth and the speed of light. It's similar to the way raindrops appear to be slanting down at you when you drive through rain.
Later astronomers found the effect that Bradley was actually trying to find: stellar parallax. That is the apparent annual motion of a nearby star relative to more distant stars due to our changing point of view as Earth moves in its orbit. Maximum parallax, for the nearest star, is less than ±1 arc-second.

check out the scientists from hundreds of years back, i'm sure searching around yahoo you'll find something, it is still in debate though, some still believe the earth is stationary and the cosmos orbits around us lol

Please go to Wikipedia and check the following subject out:
Foucault pendulum.
The article in Wikipedia gives ample proof that the earth is moving.
The Sun is also moving. Perhaps Wikipedia contains information about that too?
