2 times. Because if you lie once, it doesn't mean you will be a consistent liar. But when its twice than you know its not a fluke. They already lied before and lied again. So now you can call them a liar.

Basically, we are ALL liars.
Now, pathological liars, we are ALL NOT.

I just read Lori's answer right above mine, and I can agree with that too. Kinda, not really.....Lying to yourself in your heart or your mind is still a LIE. And you can speak a lie and then own up to it and change it....but you still LIED.
