Not really unless you know the ISP, then you could find out directly from the ISP, or the domain controller, who owns the server the site/IP is coming from, to do so.. do a ip trace route. Tells you the closest server it is running off of.

You can download email tracker pro for a FREE 15 day download trial at the URL below. After that you got to cough up the duckies. It works. Next month I plan to buy the program though.

Click Start -> Run and write "Cmd"
Then type "Tracert" followed by the IP address.
This should give you the destination and the route.

you can click reply and it should show you the return path ie: where if came from with IP address...........you may also try installing sygate firewall...it has aback trace features the show hops, origin ip, etc.......
