i got a 1995 monte carlo.....tried to get my windows tinted, but dude said the window wouldnt go up and down (electric).....they go up fine on dry days, it only binds on wet days, and doesent roll up at all sometimes what is this?.....whats it gonna cost me to get iit fixed?....i needs my windows tinted

probably an exposed wire or a short somewhere. If they dont work when its wet thats probably it. Take the door panel off and inspect the wiring. If any of it looks questionable put some electrical tape around it. Good Luck

I think you need a new window motor go to a car electrition they sould be able to help you. It"s going to cost you about 60 + dollars for each window depending on the place you go to.

It could be a broken window track, window regulator, or goop in the window track, or a worn out window lift motor.
