no, you don't need a flush solution. All you'll need is some old clothes, the appropriate oil(check your owners manual as to what weight of oil your vehicle requires) a new oil filter, an oil filter wrench that's the approriate size for the filter, a catch pan to catch the oil you're taking out of the engine, a wrench to remove the oil plug, and some rags. If you can't fit under the car without jacking it up, I suggest you jack it up and putting wood blocks under the wheels and blocks on both sides of the back wheels to keep the car from rolling forward or backward of the blocks and onto you. Pop the hood, then crawl underneath and locate the oil plug and oil filter. The oil plug is at the bottom of the oil pan, which is centered on the bottom of the engine. The pan usually has a lower section and the plug will come out either on the bottom or side of the lower section. Position the oil catch pan so that it's under both the plug and filter, if at all possible. Be sure you've pulled the keys out of the ignition, and don't put them back in until you've finished changing oil. Loosen the oil plug with a wrench, and when you've almost got it all the way out use your finger tips to take it out the rest of the way, to avoid getting oil all over your hands. If you can get the filter off and it's directly over the oil catch pan while the oil is draining from your engine, then remove that at the same time. If not, wait till the engine has completely drained, replace the plug, snug it with the wrench(but not too tight...once it turns in tight against the oilpan, give it another 1/4 turn-that's tight enough) and then remove the filter. Take the new filter out of the box, and take a dab of new oil and put it on the rubber ring on the new filter. Take a rag and wipe off the place where the old filter was to remove any dirt and grease that may be there. Screw the new filter on until the rubber ring makes contact with the engine block. Give the filter another 1/4 to 1/2 turn...no more-but if you do go more don't turn it back...just leave it, but try not to as it will damage the threads. Okay, now go to the top of the engine, and remove the oil filler cap. Use a funnel, and be careful not to spill any of the new oil on the engine to avoid a fire after you start the engine. Most vehicles take between 4 to 6 quarts...so start by putting in 4 quarts. Check the oil level after about a minute(give the oil time to make it's way to the pan) and see if it registers on the dip stick. If it comes to the 'add' mark, add 1 more quart. Now you can start the vehicle up, and back it off the ramps or take it off the blocks. After running it for a minute or so, shut it off and check the oil level again. Sometimes the oil filter doesn't fill right away, so by running the engine you can see if you need to still add oil to get it to the 'full' mark. Hope this helps!

Changeing oil is generally straight forward. You jack up the car enough so you can get the plug out of the oil pan with a wrench or socket. Make sure you have a pan large enough to contain all the oil when it comes out. You will need to remove & replace the oil filter as well, which is located somewhere on the engine block, locations vary from car to car. You need a special wrench for this, an oil filter wrench (make sure you get the right size one for your filter). You can get the drain pan , filter, and filter wrench at any auto parts store.

so its a simple matter of draining the oil, takeing off the old filter, replacing the filter (just very hand tight putting it back on) Putting the plug back in the oil pan, and refilling with new oil (usually 4-5 quarts.. your engine should have a tag somewhere with the capacity on it) run the engine a little while, then **** it off and check the dipstick as usual.

No you dont need to use any "cleaners".. in fact that would likley be a very bad Idea.
