I think we both enjoyed seeing eachother and we are both still single...from what I can gather from her anyway. I kept the evening light and did not tell her how much I missed her, etc. What can I say in a short email thanking her for dinner with me , and showing that I have a lot of interest in rekindling things. We know each other so well but sometimes you need to start from scratch. I don't want to let her slip away. thanks.

Hi Sweetie. Just wanted to send you a little message and tell you AGAIN what a wonderful time I had with you at dinner. You looked beautiful and I felt like the luckiest man on earth just being with you! Tonight made me realize that sometimes I really miss our times together. I hope you had a great time too, and I REALLY hope that you've been thinking about doing this again in the future if you're available. I'll call you soon so that maybe we can enjoy some more time together. You up for that? I certainly hope so! Until then...Have a great night. (HOW'S THAT FOR A FOLLOW-UP?) =)

First off....I wouldn't email her! Either send a hand-written card or give a phone call to tell her how much you enjoyed the dinner and seeing her again. As far as rekindling things....I'd let her make that move. Don't put yourself out there like that. Things always seem great after you haven't seen someone for a long time; and they are always on their best behavior. I'd remember the reasons you split up in the first place.

Be honest and express yourself, don't come across to strong. Tell her what you are thinking and how you feel that the two of you can work. May I ask why did the breakup happen in the first place? Think about that as well because you don't want the same finish as the last. I would say after your letter and she receive it talk with her face to face, I believe this is a much better approach. I would say again be honest. Good luck

Tell her that being with her was wonderful and you don't know if she feels the same, but you have those old feelings again. Tell her that being with her made you realize just how much you miss her. She'll know what you mean. Tell you you'd like to go out with her again soon and that you'd like to take things slow. She'll appreciate taking it slow since you broke up before. Ask her to let you know when she'll be available again so the two of you can make plans. Then sit back and wait for a reply. Good Luck! =)

I would just tell her that you really enjoyed seeing her last nite, she really looked good andyou would really like to set another dinner date in the next 2 weeks. Or go to the movies, concert, museum, etc.

And when you see her the next time, bring her a rose. Also, add a rose to your e-mail.

You need to be yourself and just tell her that you had a great time and look forward to doing it again, and leave her your number to call anytime.
