Yep, anything's possible. If the car wreck was pretty serious and there was some injury, especially to the stomach area, then yes, the baby's at risk. If there were no trauma to the stomach area, then the baby should be ok.

There are other factors such as stress that can cause a miscarriage. So if you were in a car accident, I suggest you go see your doctor asap and request an ultrasound to check on the baby. If you're in your first trimester, the doctor should be able to see the baby and take vitals but probably would be hard to know whether damage was done to the baby.

Keep your stress level low and take it easy until you see a doctor, would be my best best.

Depends how far along women is and how much she is hurt. Always go doctors after though , just to be safe. Cause miscarriage does not always show with blood.

It could that is why pregnant women are taken to the hospital after one. As a precaution for observation and a work up and an ultrasound. Most likely the baby is safe in the womb.

Im thinking if youve damaged your stomach or hit it in any way then possible.. if you were just scared really bad then it could just affect the baby a little because i know if youre stressed and have anxiety while pregnant then theres a high chance the baby will also... so, i would DEFINITELY see a doctor you and your baby both deserve that.

Yes. It is possible, depending on the nature of the wreck and how it affected the fetus. That is only a general answer, and that is one that we can only say is possible.

The short answer is, "Yes."... the more detailed answer is that it depends on a thousand different factors... severity of the accident, how far along the mother is, the health of the pregnancy.. and point of impact, etc... too hard for us to answer a specific case here.

Yes, of course. Any kind of physical or mental trauma can contribute to a miscarriage.

Yes, but the baby is very protected in utero. My friends parents were in a car accident when they were on their way to the hospital to deliver her. They were both killed, but she was delivered by c-section and turned out fine.

Yea.. but it depends where it hits the tummy and stuff.. It's the same question as "will a car wreck kill?", yea, it depends.
