yes i hope naruto would find out that girl was hinata at the end but the most important thing is I hope Naruto would end up with Hinata because hinata has been secretly inlove with Naruto for years! and she even waited for Naruto to return from training with Jiraiya. She was nervous and scared when she saw Naruto again after the timeskip ( i saw that from manga) sorry to spoil it for you but I hope they would work out.
