no, because even though the duchess's body was missing, but there's no proof saying anna anderson was the grand duchess, so we should respect the idea of that the duchess is dead, and by the way, it's anastasia, not anastacia

No she wasn't Grand Duchess Anastascia. They did some DNA test and found out who she really was.
