Does anyone know of someone who can perform a wedding ceremony in puerto gallera, mindoro, Philippines? We have just had our priest cancel from Manila and was wondering if there was anyone on the island? Does not have to be a priest who performs the ceremony either, but a celebrant or registered person would be fine.

How about asking that information to the Puerto Gallera staff? Whoever answers the telephone (front desk) may have an idea, or recommendation. They may be able to make the necessary arrangements with the officiant, too.
There is usually a priest in the vicinity.
