That is a politically correct answer. Ask most men who have passed 45 (should be clear if they are successful or not by then), you would get very different TRUE answers. Our society defines success in terms of finance and social status. It is hard to find a man who only works 40 hours a week and is successful, yet he has time to come home with flowers and be sensitive to his wife's emotional needs, not to mention tend to the children if there are any. Usually, most men just want some quiet time or even some time to be with his friends socially to unwind. It is actually a drain having to listen to your wife's whining or interacting with her her way

I like how it was put she is beside her man not behind him. I will say this a man and woman is a team sucess is a team acomplishment.
It takes a team to make most things work. The best team was Gods idea a husband and wife.
