K, I used to be in your shoes not too long ago. I am 26 and I only started wearing makeup last yr. And now am wearing it everyday to work. Assuming you have all the items ready with u, the step goes on like this.
- Wash your face with good cleanser
- Apply toner with cotton bug or tissue
- Apply moisturizer evenly all over your face and your neck. Dab ard under the eyes as they are the most sensitive area in your face.
- Next apply foundation. Use a brush or the finger tips would do.
- Brush your sheer/loose powder next all over your face.
- Next is eyeshadow and thats the toughest of all if you ask me. Coz the way you apply and blend the eye shadow creates a lot of magic. If you are not sure of the colours you should go to the counters and check with the makeup artists. Most of the time if you want natural colours go 4 the colour that is closest to your skin tone.
- Then you can apply eye-liner. Liquid or pencil would do. Pencil is most recommended for the under eye lid and you can use the liquid eye liner for the above lids. Remember liquid eye liners require steady hands.
- Next is your Mascara. The most easiest to apply makeup item!
- Next is your blush. Not too much, not too little. Something to highlight your cheekbones. Smile and apply the blush.
- Then its your lips. Apply a lipstick or lip gloss and there you are ready.
- Lastly you can touch up the sheer powder once again to make the makeup stay on place.
There are a lot of videos on youtube which you may find useful. I will provide 2 such videos where Tyra Banks will show how to do makeup within less than 10 mins.
Stay Beautiful!

My best recommendation would be to buy a blush that you can wear year-round. Pinch your cheeks and try to match a color to the one that apprears naturally.
Apply the blush to the apples of your cheecks- I like to do a little bit on the very top of my forehead and along my jawline- but very lightly, just to add some balance.
An eyeshadow that comes with several different shades in one compact is also really useful. Get one that has a light color and a dark color at least. If you want to be safe and natural, go for something in a beige and brown scheme, unless your eyes are light- in that case, try a very light pink with a taupe for dark.
Apply the light shade first, all over your lid, and up to your eyebrow. If you feel like a hooker, you put on too much, so just keep it very light and natural. Then, close your eye and apply the dark in the creases, again- very light. When you reach the outer corner, go a little higher with the dark, so that you're filling in the area between the crease and your brow bone. This makes your eyes look brighter.
For my lips, for fast and natural, I put a little bit of liner pencil thats just a tad darker than my lips and smoosh it in. Adding a little vaseline helps, and keeps your lips moisturized too.
If you decide you'd like to use some mascara, go for one that matches your lashes. For volume, wiggle the wand a little bit at the base of your lash before you move it outward towards the tips.
Sit down in front of the mirror for a little while and practice on weekends or evenings- that's the best way to get the hang of it and decide what you like.
Enjoy yourself!!

Less is best!
Having said that, I guess u need to start with cleansing your
face. then moving to a fountation that matchs your skin tone.
Then a mascara to lengthen your eyelashs and a netural
lipstick. Easiest way to not look so made up.
I always took my daughters to the specialty counters like Lancome, Este Lauder, etc. They do your whole face with
colors that fit u, then my girls take the colors and would go to
the drug store and buy cheaper versions that fit there pocket
books. At least this way u are able to see day and night
versions of makeup and what works best. Good Luck to u!

i depends on what look your goin for. when i first started usin makeup i just did simple which i would suggest for you. if your skin is already relatively good then you dont really need to worry about foundation. (maybe a little powder that matches your skin tone to stop the shine if you want.) but just start out with a little eyeliner and some mascara and some lipgloss or lipstick. after you get used to it, you can expand and experiment with different colors and products.

Define what you want your look to be. You may want to go to a makeup counter and ask for some advice on basics, and then slowly build from there on your own, stress free. If you're looking for simple basics that are quick, start with a light bronzer all over your face for glow, mascara, and a tinted lipgloss. From there you can add based on your taste. Hope that helps!

Ok, girl..start with a clean face. You will want to start by prepping your face, I'd use a moistureizer(I prefer biore 'light as a cloud', or clean and clear morning glow), Apply a liquid foundation that suites your skin shade(mines classic beige by cover girl), a loose powder or pressed powder is optional, from there do your eye make up,..If I were you i'd perhaps look around in magazines to get some ideas, be creative...then use a lip gloss. (lip stick is kind of outdated and dangerous! hehe)

for daily makeup you want to keep it light and simple, so just go with foundation and compact for skin. Use eyeliner and maybe a little bit of eyeshadow (neutral tones are best for work). finish up with lipstick and a little gloss.
