This computer was given to me & it came with win. 98. When it boats up, something comes up & says?

Enter Network Password. Then under that it says Enter your Network Password for Microsoft Networking. Then below that, it has a place for a User name and Pass word. I was told I can get rid of it, can someone please help me with this. I do not need this any more. Thank You for your time.

Ok, go to your Control Panel. Double click on Network. Then click on Microsoft Network and then finally select Windows Login.
