if u do sit ups everyday how many do u have to do each day to loose the fat stomach? and i know also eat healthy

You are beautiful and you dont need to lose weight. Yes, i understand it is nice to look good and lose baby fat, but exercising, eating Healthy, and living a posotive life is definitely going to be more effective than starving to death and looking horrible. Im sure people can agree that healthy, toned girls are MUCH more attractive than skeletal girls.

Don't pluck your eyebrows, lipgloss but no to the blush. Try powder foundation instead. It will last a long time and at 13 you get enough natural blushing. Jeans, capris, bermudas...yes, tee shirts, okay but not only. try some different styles of tops and have fun with that. It can absolutly make a statement. Keep it age appropriate, don't show cleavage and don't wear shorts that are short enough that you have to worry about shaving your bikini line. As far as shaving your legs....if the hair is dark....do it. if not and if most girls don't do it yet then don't rush it. Start off with maybe just a couple times a week if the hair is real light or blonde.

my brother does situps everyday also and is trying to loose his stomach. to tell you the truth i have seen improvement in him he doesn't even eat healthy yet he lost a lot of weight over time because of the sit ups. it took him a few years with the sit ups.

im not 13 but i did around 500 a day as well as some other exercises to get the full effect

im almost 13, im on a swim team, and to get good core mucsles, i try and do 1000 3 or 4 times a week.
