in the produce section sampling the fruits and vegetables (taking a bite out of each, then putting it back) would you say something?

First I would giggle then I would ask them which fruit was best. If I had the impression that they were poor, I would offer to buy some for them.

I would move on by. Obviously this is not a rational person. I would tell the manager of the problem and let him handle it.
