Why am I still up when I should be in bed?

on my mind right now is that I can't wait for the temperature to drop low enough to open the house up and go to the pool. It is so hot here today and we don't have air conditioning, so it has been cooler to keep the curtains and blinds shut. the kids and I are so hot a swim would be lovely, but dangerous with the sun this hot.....in a couple of hours.....
