How can I remove stains from wooden dresser with white lacquered finish?

The stains are from baby shampoo.

oh and these are almost 2 years old.. when i look closely it looks like theres little tiny bubbles on the stains (?)

Set a hot rag on the spots to soften the dried shampoo and then wipe up.
