No. The myth that they are there is being spread by con artists who want to sell their books and movies to you.
If something that important were going on:
1. No one would ask for money to tell you about it. The knowledge that they are here would transcend any mundane concerns such as money or fame.
2. We would have conscripted at least some of their technology in ways that probably could not be kept secret. Nothing like this has happened.
All the "greys" seem to look alike in drawings by different authors because they all copy Whitley Strieber's drawing in "Communion".
He calls it a "true story". Anybody can do that to any kind of story, true or not. It just has to sell.

Unless you work deep within the US government you will never know half the story. It is fair to say that every government has its secrets. From what we know Area 51 is an airbase, however there is a lot of speculation about it. For example people think that before the moon landing the area around Area 51 was not as guarded, you could go deeper into the area, but straight after the moon landing it was sealed off and heavily guarded, that is such a rumour. The US government is the most powerful in the world, so it probably does have its secrets. As for Aliens, who knows? Maybe they do already have some from a far distant galaxy? Who knows?

In my opinion, I do not belive its possible because if they did, they would use that techology of how the alien got here and move up from there. Its has been many years since the rumors of area 51. I think they are capable of hiding other things that are from this planet like "monsters" because they couldve been here already rather then fly in a spaceship at super speed and have great technology only to be caught by mere goverment officials.

They send the UFO ships to area 51 and the alien bodies recovered to Ohio...but you didn't hear this from me

I guess if they did hold alien bodies.. it wouldn't be in area 51 (or atleast no one would know where it is), it would be too obvious...

That's what I've heard... There is a lot of info that point towards that. Also I've heard they WERE there but were shipped to someplace in Ohio. There's a pretty factual book out - "The Roswell Incident"...

at one time they did, but now they moved them to Area 54, got that info from Scully, she is hot, Aliens thought she was hot also, yeah baby! Austin Powers also has some connections in U.S. and agrees

If they have them, that's where they'd keep them. Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio is or was used for holding alien artefacts, according to numerous military people who have worked there.
