Sword of a Thousand Truths (W.O.W. buffs)?

Question

If you play WOW, you are familiar with Southpark's parody episode where they used the "Sword of a Thousand Truths" to defeat the guy who was killing everyone in the Arathi highlands.

Someone said, in tribute, Blizzard was going to create and actual "Sword of a Thousand Truths" for use in the game.

Has anyone seen it? Does it exist? Is it a "GM" thing?
