Disassemble one of the fixtures so you can see how the plug wire is connected. Then cut the plug off the other fixture, strip the wires back. run the wires into the disassembled fixture, connect the wires together with the wires that have the plug. Put the fixture back together, plug the light into an outlet to test it. Then hang it up. Make sure you insulate everything. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, you could get an electrician to do it for you.

Ok the comment about someone being too dumb was uncalled for....But i would suggest that you leave this to a professional.if the lights are a new purchase try exchanging them for the lights that not only have a plug but also a reciptical (plug outlet) so they can be daisy chained. The internal workings of these lights can be complicated for a novice so if they can not be exchanged get a pro or bite the bullet and buy some that are more specific to your needs. It will pay for itself in safety.

Dana`s answer is one way. another is to tie in the first fixture to the second and use the power cord from the second to operate both.

disconnect the cord from one and hard wire it with romex to the other making the connections to the other cord. you will need two cable clamps to put in the knock outs to clamp the hard wire.
