Its not only medium scale,, even i was working in a smaller firm and the boss was so mean. But it depends on a person to person and many times u will find a good boss. I know i am a good person and subordinate consider me as a good boss, while i m in a medium scale industries..

Selfishness varies from individual to individual irrespective of whether they are bosses of medium scale sector or higher scale sector. There are many unselfish bosses in medium scale sectors.

Narcissists are selfish. Good boss and great to have but hard to find.
