i'm so tied of wisconsin and the people here are nosieeee or maybe it's just the people in my building. if i dont get away soon i'm going to yell very loud feel trap can't really go nowhere i want to go somewhere fun where should i go.

how about try to go to the far east.
china, japan, hongkong, thailand, or philippines will be a good place to ran away to...try to break-free.

Try Chicago, its a nice large town and is not terribly far from you.
There should be plenty of stuff for you to do there. Of course you will still have a little bit of noise, but hopefully you find a good quiet place to live
