During practice, I'm wearing Zoomers most of the time because I just came back from a shoulder injury. The problem is, the edges aren't that smooth and they're cutting into my toes and heels. I know some people wear socks with their fins but that'd be too much trouble. Anyone have any suggestions?

The only thing you can do that I know of is wear socks. There are socks (called skin socks) that you can by which are made to wear with swim fins if you want to try that.

I wear them too, and at first they cut into my feet, but after time I guess my feet got calluses or something and they don't bother me anymore. Some people I know got a bigger size, and that helped, or a smaller size in some cases.

Try to use a small nail file to smooth the edges out.
Buy a size bigger or a different brand.

Wrap you foot with medical tape and if still necessary wear sock but the tape should fix it.
