Ode To My Best Friend
You are my best friend,
A shoulder to lean on,
At your best, or worst,
I always put you first.
Long talks on the phone,
Endless inside jokes,
Bike rides to the park,
And countless smiles.
You are my best friend
We will be close to the end,
Love each other no matter what,
I'll help you out when your in a rut.
We met in third grade
Our friendship hasn't died yet,
Hopes that it will last forever,
Our memories wont fade ever.
Sad times are hard,
But we'll get through them together.
They will build our friendship stronger,
and will help it last longer.
You are my best friend
Without you, life wouldn't be the same
If I thought no one cared,
You'd always be there.
You are my best friend
I will always have your back,
If you ever need anything at all,
You know who to call.
We tell each other secrets,
That no one else knows,
We always have fun,
And it always shows.
Friends like you are hard to find,
And I'm glad I found you,
Because I realize with each minute,
My life is happier with you in it.
You are my best friend,
There is no way I could ever forget you,
I want to say thank you,
Just for being my best friend.

This all changes when a women gets married. Al of my girlfriends vanished from my life...and moved away. etc etc.
Nice poem pretty words.
I true friend cares and loves you.
The only uncondiontal love is one from your MOM.
