She is considering promoting another black male that has a written counseling for racism, The write up was 6 months ago....What a lode of S***!! Well, if the White males weren't so racist and chauvinistic, then we wouldn't have to worry about "forcing" people who are already skilled into a position they may deserve.
A White man will be chosen over a Black man/woman, a White woman, or a disabled person, even if all their qualifications were the same. That's why AA exists. If you guys weren't so biased, there would be no need for AA.
When the bigoted mentality changes, then maybe some headway can be made. But I don't see that happening any time soon.

This is an interesting perspective on the affirmative action legislation which binds each citizen, small business, corporation, educational institutions, and other organizations to treat others fairly regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, creed, religion, etc.
The suggestion is that diversity offers opportunities in management to individuals and groups that do not merit these opportunities due to lack of skill, expertise, motivation, education and other requirements and qualifications. This is unequivicolly not true.
There is, here, an obvious lack of understanding of Affirmative Action, ERA, the Civil Rights amendment and other steps to prevent bigotry and intolerance from continuing to abuse our deserving citizens.
It is a straw man argument to suggest that these measures are intended to force anyone to work, let alone work for minorities and those with alternative life styles. Working is not a requirement for citizenship in the United States. People who do not approve of diverse workplaces - DO NOT have to work in them. Citizens are NOT REQUIRED TO VOTE for representation in government that would legislate changes which they would be comfortable with.
I don't believe that you will even bother to read this answer. But, I do have a suggestion: quit your job, lobby your government representatives for changes to the law or abolishment of the programs of progression. You will then be rid of the people above you that you don't like and feel genuinely happy.

as long as we have racist people like you in our neighborhood we will always have to double screen and pray that the guy helping us isn't the one that got his job because of a quota.
