Not if that is what makes you happy. Marriage is when two people want to share their lives and experiences with each other and if you do not feel this way than being single is not bad.

Nothing wrong with staying single throughout your life. On a side note-I came across a man a few years ago in a grocery store who was 63 yrs. old, and getting married for the first time later that day.
Being single lets you have a freedom that married people don't have-you can go to bed when you want to on your days off, get together with friends when you want, not have to check with the spouse to see about plans. Take care.

It is not wrong but I bet it would become lonely and boring over the years.? Having someone in your life to share your love and goals and likes and dislikes and just someone that can comfort you is awesome I would never want to be single again married going on 7+ years love it.

It really comes down to what makes you happy if you like the single life then so be it.

It is wrong to try to be someone you are not. If a person wants to stay single then they should stay single. Don't try to be what you thing everyone wants you to be.

no, of course it's not wrong. there's no "wrong" or "right" - there's only (who's) left and how. if one is left feeling lonely in a relationship then it's worse than being alone. there's a clear line between feeling LONELY and being ALONE. one can feel lonely in a marriage, while she/he can feel happy alone - or vise-versa , there more to happiness than mere marital status!
