Every pair I try on slides off my heels... my size, size smaller, size bigger -- they are all the same . Up, down, up down on my heels causing blisters.

Alternatively you can buy a pair with ankle straps. That's what I would do, I think that they're sexy!

try those insoles that only go on the ball of your foot...I bought a pair of high heels a half size bigger and they fit perfect after i put those insoles on, besides making your shoes fit better you have more cushion to prevent calluses and they aren't noticeable at all.

You might want to go to ashoe store and have your feet sized. Then they can help you with your problem by finding the right shoe for you.

You might have to get a size narrow in shoes. Alternatively, get shoes with a strap and they will stay on.
