In this dang easy chair. my back hurts all the time if i lay flat and my sinuses drain if i lay back too. so for the past 4 years i have been sleeping in a chair. it sucks. but now i have one of those dr scholls vibrating and heated massagers to go under me ans that helps some. dont ge tme wrong i am blessed. 6 months ago i was alternating between a shelter just had church pews and i rode out a hurricane in my car, and a short term motel. life is better now. never take your blessings for granted. i am happy for my chair tonight and will rest my weary head there as soon as i finish filing my taxes.

I will say on my pillow...but the rest and smile I will have comes from the dreams of my love. She gives me the sweetest dreams, and I feel at peace with myself. That is what makes me rest easy...and with hope.

uh, that's me. I'm boring. On a pillow, in my room. All alone. Starring at the starry black sky. Wishing on the first one (sometimes only). While I doze off to sleep my tired eyes from a well productive day at school =) right? right.

actually i dont sleep with pillows i sleep on my hands haha. but i will rest my head in a warm home with a loving family and other wonderful things im lucky enough to have in my life

The best way is to contemplate. You yourself need time to refresh your thoughts and isolate yourself in the crowd. Do it by walking out on park by yourself, or sitting by a river or any comfortable place you want.

IF i go to sleep, next to my husbands head, where i feel safe... too much depression, stress, work, and no friends, takes a toll on me mentally and physically...
