how do i change the taskbar menu to a differnet one ?

i want to change my taskbar menu to the advance one but it doesnt change what can i do???

Just right click on a blank spot on the task bar and chose properties. Then you can choose your options by checking or unchecking the boxes. And don't forget the customize button. You may have to restart your computer for everything to take affect. Not sure exactly what you are looking for maybe one of these articles can help you.

guessing that your using windows xp, heres how:
right-click on the taskbar, and click "properties" (last one on the bottom)
go to the start menu tab
pick the look you want
