Well, no because someone may find out it's a sham and it would ruin that cousins chance to immigrate later on. Also marrying cousins is illegal in the U.S. so I would assume Canada might have similar policies.

There must be another way you can bring him/her here, although that would be the easier way...but the easy way may not be the best way, as immigration laws have changed so much, you could get into trouble and they can deport him/her, then they will never be able to come back....why not help your cousin financially, and do it the right way...just a thought....Good Luck and God Bless.

That would be saying you care nothing for what marriage really stands for. It's all a lie. Just think first...Who are you doing this for? the cousin? your family? What about what YOU want!?

No. I would not want to marry for the wrong reasons. Marriage should be reserved for two people who are in love and want to spend the rest of their lives together. Your family should not pressure you into doing this.

My Thai friend did that, it was an understanding that after the immigration process was over they wouldn't stay together, and it was not a sexual relationship. Be aware that everyone involved needs to accept that terms of this relationship before feelings get hurt.

First off it is illegal and would be constituted as fraud and would
entail a jail term that would be served by you and any person involved in the scam so to answer your question it is wrong morally and ethically.
