A very sincere and thoughtful greeting card would probably warm her heart. Just the fact that you remembered her and took time to write should do the trick.
Don't just say, "Dear Aunt . . ., Your Nephew, . . ." Tell her about what's going on in your life. Update her with the latest that's happening with the family, and ask her how she's doing and when you might get a chance to see her.

You can go to a local antique mall and find a small antique perfume bottle, or some small antiquity that she may find unusual. Or a gift certificate to a spa... you can purchase one on-line at www.spafinder.com and she can go to any spa in her area that honors the certificate. I don't know many ladies that don't like going to a spa! Whatever you send, I'm sure she'll be thrilled. Good luck.

I had this problem when trying to find presents for my husband's grandmother and aunt & uncle. What we ended up doing was ordering them something specifically made in our state (Virginia at the time) - a ham, some jellies, and a bottle of wine.
My advice would be to find some sort of unusual jellies or jams to send her. They shouldn't be too expensive, and you can probably order them online. It will be something she doesn't have!

How about something that isn't a material gift. Try a day at a pamper spa. A massage, a facial, or manicure. Have her nails done...etc. These things can be purchased as a gift certificate.

Maybe try to get a hold of some old (or current) family photos with her involved in the pics. You could easily mail that.

Get copies of old photos of her bothers and sisters and parents from other relatives and make a photo album or a collection in frame fro hanging. They may be pictures she saw once years ago, but only other people had the orginals

Something that will remind her to put you in the will. Kidding aside, maybe you could find some neat old family photos and put them in a tasteful frame. Something personal that money can't buy.

She has everything so don't get her anything. Just send a nice card. You can even make her a personalized card on the computer that would be special to her.

A pretty delicate scarf in her favorite colors or find out which country she'd like to visit but has not and get her something that is unique to that country.

You don't need a lot of money and you don't have to figure out what she doesn't have, just send her a nice aunt plaque, if you truly like her, with a nice card or a little figurine....everyone loves them, good luck.
