Yes, she is separated and dating her co-star from Men inTrees.
Anne Heche, the star of ABC's "Men in Trees," has split from her husband of five years, Coley Laffoon.
The 37-year-old actress and Laffoon, 33, "have decided to separate," Heche's rep says in a statement to People. "They have requested that they be allowed their privacy at this time."
Meanwhile, "Entertainment Tonight" is reporting that Heche and her "Men in Trees" co-star, James Tupper, have begun dating. Neither actor, per their representatives, is commenting on the alleged romance. The two play on-screen lovers in the ABC show Men in Trees.

He wasn't single before he started diddling around on his wife with Heche. He has recently separated. It is unfortunate. Once the relationship sours, the show will be canceled.

we just know that her and dh have broken up.
we dont know for sure who she is dating.
the others are right though she is kinda unstable the way she goes from one relationship to another.
