My urine has an odd unpleasant, strong odor too it, and it has become very foggy or cloudy lately

You could have a bladder infection; or are not drinking enough fluids. I'd try uping my water intake to 8, 8oz. glasses a day along with cranberry juice at least 3 X a day. This should improve the situation. If not, see a doctor.

You could try drinking lots of water or cranberry juice you can fill up your tub with water and a about half a bottle of vinegar not the white one though I think it's apple or something like that and sit in the tub for a while that helps as a rinse for your vagina...but what is mostly recammended is that you go to the doctor to get that checked out... Okay, time to go to the doctor. Simple urine test will determine the problem. May be an infection.
