I just started a pokemon fire red tourney.
rules are you can only have one legendary pokemon, 400 combined levels between the 6 pokemon and no duplicates. Also we cant trade from any other versions. I can only trade with people in the tourney with me. Any help appreciated, tell me pokemon, level and moves they should know.

My standard pokemons are Wigglytuff and Starmie. teach them with Thunder Bolt, Ice Beam, Psychic, and Shadow Ball (its incredible that they might learn all and lead them to invisible againts any forms of pokemon)

Well, it depends on where you are in the game. I suggest training for a specific gym. For example: you should get lvl. 15 water/grass types for Brock.
