Why a bias agaisnt IAS? If not IAS, some other bureacrat who will try to hoodwink the people. Now, whast we need is a total revamp of our polity. All our social fabric needs a overhaul and a total revolution having a bearing on all facets of our social and political life is the need of the hour.

IAS free India is unimaginable. It is an integral part of Indian beaurocracy. The most brilliant hands pass IAS examination. The senior most execitive officers are also confired IAS by the Government. Acts and Rules are fdrafted by the IAS officers before placing it before the Legislative Assembly. The Ministers are depending upon IAS officers for implementing the Acts and Rules framed by the Government on various subjects. Most of the Ministers are not well versed with the rules and regulations. The IAS free India may be a worse one.

a corruption free bureaucracy will always be better
but no IAS will lead to a lot of administrative problems
