If you can match the satin, or steal some off the hem, you could add a ruffle around the neck.
Otherwise, try adding some lace around the neck, teal or brown if you can find it.
You could also wear a tank top under the dress (take the dress shopping and try out various tanks under it) to raise the neckline.
You could also try tucking a scarf into the neckline.

If there is anyway at all try pulling the v-neck in some, and safety pinning the two sides together from underneath. I am large chested and have done this to too MANY of my v-neck shirts, but am not sure it will work in your case since I do not know what the dress looks like.
I hope this helps and you have a wonderful time at your school dance. Cherish your school memories and dances as they go by so quickly:-)

You can try pinning, or if you know how to sew, just a few stitches where the v goes too deep- since the fabric overlaps for the v, you can just stitch it up as high as you need to or pin it... and voila- you no longer have this plunging neckline--- and ps, since you are well endowed, you might want to wear a bra that reduces your size so it will not accentuate your size.........have fun at the dance

Depending on the dress, you could take from the shoulder straps. I just did this with a bunch of tank tops that were too low/deep and now they fit, so I put up a tutorial on youtube on how I did it. Not sure it would work in your case or in similar cases but here is the tutorial http://youtu.be/YO1noH_2g0E

try tying a sheer scarf in either teel or brown around your neck. make sure it's long enough to cover the deep neck plunge.
you could either use a pin or a small piece of tape to keep it in place in front.
Have fun at the dance!

You could go to a fabric store and see if they have some lace (there's lots of coloured laces available) that you could cut a triangle out and hand sew into the V-line of your dress. I hope that helps, enjoy your evening and as they say dance the night away...
