When i try to call somebody message appears saying "Check Operator Services" and call ends. I can't take any out going call. Incomming calls are receiving. Check with network provider my SIM is working properly.

Make sure you don't have your phone set to block outgoing caller ID. Some networks I've found will bar outgoing calls until you turn that feature off. Check for any other network settings in your phone that your carrier (operator) may not support.

check ur outgoing called id. go to settings n then change ur called id settings to network defined or default n after tht u will b able to make calls . but if u dnt knw where 2 change the settings n follow this code *2767*2878# this automatically reset the phone to its orginal settings...
