May be. Once they come in to light, we may know. Noida killings show us in poor state. These killings might have been done for sexual assault or for selling human organs. Only the honest enquiry would bring the truth. But, such people will have support at the top (Police and Politicians), make the enquiries take their own time and after a period let the thing go dead. Only people's vigilance can bring the culprit in to light / punishment, as in Jessica murder case.
The parents of the missing children could take the issue and fight for their right. NGOs, who cry for Afzal Guru's pardon, should also wake up and see that justice is given to the parents.

THIS IS MATTER OF SHAME ON THE PART OF NOIDA POLICE THAT LOTS OF KIDS WERE MISSING FROM THERE AND POLICE WAS SITTING IDLE AND NOT TAKING ACTION ANY PROMPT ACTION COULD SAVE THE LIFE OF MANY CHILDREN. I HAVE NOT LISTEN SUCH BIG CRIME IN PAST IN INDIA.

Killings are going on. Some are noticed and others are not or they are ignored. One statistic says blood is spilled in 'Bihar' every 15 seconds!!!!!!!!
