Reverse the sum as shown with a simpler example 1 to 7

1 2 3 4 5 6 7
7 6 5 4 3 2 1
----------------
8 8 8 8 8 8 8

8 * 7 = 56

Divide by 2 and get 28

Similar idea applies to 1 through 36

I think it was Gauss who was about 5 years old at the time who first discovered this idea.
