I've heard that boxers are better for a man who wants to help his fertility along. Briefs bring the cojones in closer to the body and raise their temperature, lowering the sperm count. I guess commando would be as effective as boxers, but I don't think commando is very hygienic.

Boxers or boxer briefs. I despise tighty whiteys on a guy! It's like the male equivalence of granny panties! I actually found some toddler sized boxer briefs for my son!
