The pains you feel are likely cramps in your ovaries. It is usually on one side or the other. I have the same pains. Don't worry its normal.

Try to drink more water and cranberry juice just plain nothing added and run alot if you can. This should help you.

You should go to a dr. and have them check to see if you have cyst's on your ovaries. this could cause it.
