does anyone know how long someone can get for a loaded firearm?

in los angeles county. please i need to know. first off for someone who has no felonies and then for a felon with a loaded firearm. thanks

A felon with a any firearm OR ammunition is a federal offense punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

Depends on what you are doing with it. Are you pointing it at someone? Believe it or not some cops understand someone having a gun nowdays. Your better off getting a permit.
