Any kind of liqiud, that can be poured into a confined space, that will harden quickly, polymers,crystals...etc..........

I would try an epoxy. You can get different kinds that set up either quickly or slowly. The good thing about epoxy is that it doesn't need air to cure. It's a chemical reaction between the two components. You can also get epoxy that starts out pretty runny, or get stuff that starts out like a putty.

I'm not sure exactly what you are doing with it, that would determine what to use. Craft stores have a clear resin type stuff that you use in various craft projects. I haven't used it so I am not sure of the drying time or if it would work. I know if it is poured into glass it doesn't come out . It is permanent. Can't you just use Plaster of Paris?

Baking soda (Arm&Hammer) and cyanoacrylic (aka superglue).

It takes about 3 seconds to make a rock hard solid shape.
