Sometimes...If she's one of those girls that's strutting around like she's hot $hit then I definetly do. Otherwise I'd only think it was amusing after I found out that she was ok.

Depends on the situation...And height/style of the heels
Drunk = Funny and well deserved!!
Goofing around and falls = Funny
Walking normally and falls = Not so funny but excusable (Doo Doo Do...)
Walking normally, falls and gets hurt = Not funny at all

It does seem that the initial reaction to someone's misstep or accident is to laugh. Only after the snicker does one realize that the incident is not a cause for laughing at someone. Rather, it should be cause for concern that the person did not hurt herself.
Too late, though. The laughter was already released and, of course, the victim's ego injured along with the foot/ankle/lower extremity involved. C'est la vie!

Because it's funny! If she gets hurt, thats another deal, that's not funny. But if she just falls over, the majority of the time she will probably start laughing too, that's what i would do.

yes u can have a laugh but don't over do it because it can happen to any lady who wear high heels.

She should've had on flats if she can't walk in heels but, yes as long as she's not seriously hurt, I'd laugh and help her up!

yes that is freakin hilarious....but I would not laugh out loud and I would help. If the person falling though is someone older, or someone I know, then it wouldn't be funny.

Not if she isn't laughing when she falls. If she doesn't get hurt and finds it hysterical then it would be funny to me.
