You can look for local used books stores lots of them buy back old books. Also try online sites like ebay. Remember what authors do is release a "new edition" that makes the value of your previous edition go down. Also posts signs at the billboard in campus. Esp around the department areas.

If you want little to no money back, sell to your campus bookstore. Try using the internet, as you can set the price. Sites like Craigslist seem to work. Usually, colleges have some websites to sell books. Try Uloop. Also ,you can use word of mouth. Tell your friends you're selling your books, and see if they, or their friends need them.
