Wow this is a loaded question. First of all, I'm from Canada and I don't know why U.S.A has got involved with that war. I'm a strict believer that you need to take care of what goes on in your country before sticking your nose in Iraq's. This war will cost the U.S millions if not billions of dollars to fight, for what? Never mind the $ but how many mothers, fathers, husbands, wives and so on will have to bury a loved one, for what? Your president should send his daughter's to fight the terrorist's and see how quick he would send those girls over - NEVER! I realize that when the woman and men joined the Navy, army or national guard that they have committed to fighting for the US but I bet that they would of NEVER joined if they knew they were fighting a war that didn't need to be fought. Very sad. I support ALL the women and men over there but I don't support the war or your Dumb*ss president. Spineless is too kind of a word for that jack*ss! God bless all the troops over in Iraq and our troops in Afghanistan.

He is not just considering it - he's already doing it. Congress is actively trying to pass legislation to put a stop to it, though. I hope it comes before we lose thousands more over there. We have already lost more troops in Iraq than were killed on 9/11. What a shame!

Me. I'm really worried about my brother 'cause he's probably gonna go into the marine core reserves on monday. And i'm afraid that when he's finished with his training he might get sent off to iraq.

Why doesn't he send his own children, and why don't the war-supporting politicians ever send their kids, huh? RIDICULOUS, beyond ridiculous!

In my opinion, I think we can use our troops for our country to rid of all the bad, stupid, ignorant, sex offenders, murderers, etc....here. I think our police force could use some help.

i think you're right... and he says he doesn't want to leave until they become a fully functioning democracy... how the heck can you teach democracy to a country that has never been democratic... it doesn't happen overnight... it could take 10-100 years for that to change... ugh... how useless....

It's actually ridiculous how FEW men he is sending. If you are going to end a war or rebellion you send 200K men not 20K. If you are going to do something, do it right.
