Pig tails for sure (rat your hair or do it sloppy).
Tube socks (you know the sporty ones that go up to your knees?)
Big glasses (this is an area that you can go all out with)
button down shirt (tuck it in... no matter what you wear on bottom. Put pens in the pockets, or a calculator)
plaid skirt (not too short... that would be lame)
clunky shoes
Also do your makeup fairly plain but with tacky pink lips and have lipstick on your teeth all day. I did this and it was funny.

Well for makeup, I'd recommend glitter but be careful to not go overboard, it rubs off on everything. I'm also a big fan of liquid eyeliner but only line your top eyelid with it. You can use a pencil on the bottom inside rim of your eye with a black pencil. Super shiny lip gloss with a pink tint to match your top and you have to accessorize! Try adding a belt around your waist and make sure you have earrings, especially if you pull your hair back. For your hair, since you don't have that much time, I'd say just pull it all back and tie it with a ribbon or pin a flower into the ponytail if your hair is long enough to do that. Pull out a few pieces and straighten them to frame your face. Have fun!

You could put your hair on a side ponytail or pigtails that would be cute, also probably skinny jeans and a polo or sweater vest on. Wear some funky glasses or big ones, try wrapping tape on them in the middle lol. Also, add sum freckles makeup if you want. Wear khakis or capris that would also work, & unmatch your clothes.

of course wear pigtails or a ponytail on the side. go for a skirt with cute suspenders i just saw some cute ones at the mall since i like skulls they have some of those also happyfaces and I believe cartoon characters too. It would be a good idea if your wore penny loafers or those oxford black and white shoes you could change the laces to cute ones with characters on them.

Plaid knee socks with plain black or brown shoes. A cute Sunday school or Catholic School Girl skirt. Plain white blouse for a top. Pigtails, glasses with tape, and maybe a headband. :)

white knee highs (i like the striped kind for soccer), sandals would be dorkiest [with socks i mean], but for sneakers to be cute [ like all stars ifyou have them], cheerleader shorts, a wifebeater tank top and suspenders. hari in pig tails. SO CUTE. (me andmy best friend actually did this for halloween one year--it was a huge hit)

maybe a t-shirt with a tie, and something for bottoms to match? I mean jus the tie is cool. People wear them all the time to school ;)

u could always go for the naughty school girl kinda thing with a twist. short palid skirt, knee high white socks, white collared shirt, tie, black shoes,pig tails, and glasses :]
